Processing and Shipping
All orders will be sent within 7-8 business days of ordering. The shipping time you see at checkout is the time it takes to arrive at your address once the item has been shipped.
There may be delays due to external factors that are out of our control (ie. weather, courier delays, weekends, holidays, etc).
**Coded Cozy is not responsible for any duties on international orders**
Return Policy
All items are final sale. We are not accepting any returns at the moment.

Exchange Policy
If you receive your order within 2 DAYS and would like to change/exchange sizes, please email us at CodedCozyCo@gmail.com. with your name, order number, and the product and size you'd like to exchange. Exchanges are not guaranteed, as our stock fluctuates, and we may not have your desired size in stock. Exchanges are only accepted if the apparel or product is in its original form, unworn, free of scents, any marks or stains and with tags attached. Customer's are

Lost/Stolen Orders
Coded Cozy is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, if the address provided at checkout matches the address where the order was shipped and delivered to. We are not liable for the package after successful delivery. Misplaced packages are non-refundable. If you have further questions or an issue about a stolen delivery, please contact CodedCozyCo@gmail.com for assistance with your order number in the subject line.
Clothing Care
We recommend you wash your Hoodie inside out in COLD + DELICATES setting and hang them to dry. Wash with like colours and items. Do not iron directly on designs and do not take the apparel to a dry cleaner.
